At EthoSun, we haven’t just created a sun care brand - we’ve launched a movement driven by purpose.

Born from a shared desire to protect what matters: our health, oceans, and future, EthoSun is our love letter to the planet.  After more than a decade of visiting and snorkeling in Roatán, home to the second-largest barrier reef in the world, we’ve witnessed firsthand the changes taking place on one of our most beloved islands. Coral loss, marine life disruption, and pollution from chemical-based sunscreens have left a visible and heartbreaking impact.

We knew we had to do better.

So we created EthoSun, a high-performance, mineral-based sun care free of harmful chemicals, safe for sensitive skin, and reef-safe by design. Our products reflect our ethos—to preserve, protect, and live consciously. We aim to leave a handprint, not a footprint, on the reefs we dive, the communities we support, and the generations we’re protecting under the sun.  We saw the damage caused by conventional sunscreens: bleached coral reefs, compromised marine ecosystems, and synthetic ingredients that do more harm than good. So, we chose a different path rooted in radical transparency, environmental integrity, and elevated self-care.
