Where it all began

EthoSun was born from a moment of pause—a quiet but persistent urge to do better. To create something that not only cared for our skin, but for the world we move through. Under the warmth of the sun and the shimmer of saltwater, I began to question the products I had trusted for years. What I discovered was unsettling: many sunscreens, though designed to protect us, were quietly harming the coral reefs, marine life, and even our own health.

That realization was the spark.

With a deep love for the ocean and a commitment to living more consciously, the disconnect grew clearer.  I didn’t want to be part of that harm. I wanted to be part of the solution.

The very products intended to shield us were leaving a lasting mark on the places we cherish most, so I aimed to create something different. Something better—sun care for skin that is clean, effective, elegant, and above all, ethical. EthoSun became my way of aligning my lifestyle with my values: care, integrity, intention, and a deep respect for the Earth.  

What began as a dialogue among changemakers and ocean enthusiasts evolved into a movement—a brand established not only to protect skin but also to safeguard ecosystems, uplift communities, and promote conscious living.

From our mineral-based, reef-friendly formulas to eco-conscious packaging and collaborations with conservation initiatives, every decision at EthoSun is guided by one unwavering belief: we can protect what we cherish, without compromise.
